MOUNTAIN AND VALLEY VIEWS

There are many possible views cherished by their owners and guests.  Here at Lake Tahoe, Views can include the Mountains, Hills, the Valley, Creeks, Forest areas, Meadow areas, Ski Slopes/Lifts, Casinos, Beaches, and More.  In Los Angeles, views of the Hollywood Sign, The city Lights, or even City Hall Itself are valued.  This chart assigns some values for Mountain and Valley views here at Tahoe.  As is always the case, each view is an individual and these values are only indications. For similar views of other items, one can add or subtract.  Here again, the values are somewhat subjective, and can only be exactly evaluated by the market
